Blaine Wilbanks

Dustin Martin

Chief Operating Officer & Board Member

Mr. Martin has over 25 years of experience in oil & gas and power generation. His career encompasses a combination of roles with increasing responsibility that include research and development, engineering, management of the manufacturing process and associated fixed assets, inventory turn, procurement of supply and aftermarket support. 

Dustin started his career with Stewart & Stevenson which was acquired by General Electric where he gained a wide range of experience with gas turbine machinery. He continued his career with SIEMENS for the next 13 years where he held various leadership roles in order acquisition and execution. Dustin furthered his career with John Crane Production Solutions where he was the VP of the Engineering & Quality group.  He then took on the role VP of Programs within AFGlobal where he was instrumental in developing a new business unit focused on sustainable energy solutions that was later divested and merged with a European gas turbine OEM to form AIREM Energy where he took the role of global COO and Board Member.

Mr. Martin holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.

David Crowe

Chief Technology Officer & Board Member

Mr. Crowe has over 25 years of executive management experience and has participated in starting and growing multiple successful businesses focused on technology and the industrial and recreational use of Turbine engines.  David worked in the turbine controls group at Honeywell for over 10 years as an engineer and solving problems.  He also spent four years in the aerospace group at Raytheon which further refined his aptitude for technology.   

Over the course of his career, Mr. Crowe has been a serial entrepreneur and started companies such as Tucson Embedded Systems, Inc. (focused on FAA testing and certification of flight systems), Arizona Turbine Technologies (to improve the performance of equipment powered by military turbine engines through improved software and automation) and CE Systems (to develop high speed data acquisition systems and machine learning applications). 

Mr. Crowe graduated in 1989 from the University of Arizona with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
