Blaine Wilbanks

Chief Executive Officer & Board Member

Mr. Wilbanks brings decades of leadership and technical experience across oil and gas, power generation, and industrial services into his role with Signal Power Group. His career spans operations, engineering, and executive roles, including senior operational leadership at ProFrac Services, engineering and international joint-venture experience with FTS International, and executive stewardship as President and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Energy Services prior to his current role at Signal Power Group. Blaine is experienced in scaling businesses, improving operational performance, and aligning technical capabilities with commercial goals.

As Chief Executive Officer of Signal Power Group, Mr. Wilbanks directs a hands-on, outcome-driven approach that begins with applications engineering, continues through production, and extends well beyond installation to ensure long-term uptime and performance for clients. Under his leadership, Signal Power Group serves as OEM for a flagship turbine developed through an exclusive partnership with Honeywell that adapts the T55 aerospace engine to industrial power applications. The company’s patented gearbox technology along with the SPG4 platform and its two proprietary gearbox options enable rapid adaptation to electrical generator or mechanical-drive uses and deliver practical solutions where reliability and fast turnarounds matter.

​​​Mr. Wilbanks is a future-forward, pragmatic leader who bridges the gap between industrial client needs and engineered solutions that measurably improve performance. Blaine is focused on clear outcomes for employees and customers: safer, more reliable operations, faster delivery cycles, and predictable lifecycle support that drive results for every client.​

 

Mr. Wilbanks holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Penn State University.

Dustin Martin

Chief Operating Officer 

With over 25 years of experience in oil and gas as well as power generation, Mr. Martin's career encompasses a combination of roles with increasing responsibility that include research and development, engineering, management of the manufacturing process and associated fixed assets, inventory turn, procurement of supply and aftermarket support.

Mr. Martin started his career with Stewart & Stevenson which was acquired by General Electric where he gained a wide range of experience with gas turbine machinery. He continued his career with SIEMENS for the next 13 years where he held various leadership roles in order acquisition and execution. Dustin furthered his career with John Crane Production Solutions where he was the VP of the Engineering & Quality group. He then took on the role VP of Programs within AFGlobal where he was instrumental in developing a new business unit focused on sustainable energy solutions that was later divested and merged with a European gas turbine OEM to form AIREM Energy where he took the role of global COO and Board Member.

Mr. Martin holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.

T.J. Henderson

Chief Financial Officer 

Mr. Henderson is Chief Financial Officer of Signal Power Group, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and finance organization in support of Signal Power Group’s continued growth in advanced turbine-based power generation. Mr. Henderson partners closely with the executive leadership team and investors to ensure the financial infrastructure, governance, and capital strategy necessary to scale the company’s power generation platforms and support growing demand for distributed energy solutions.

 

With more than 14 years of experience across energy, industrial services, and technology-enabled businesses, Mr. Henderson has built a career leading finance organizations through periods of growth and operational transformation. His experience spans financial strategy, enterprise systems implementation, and building scalable financial infrastructure that enables executive teams to make faster, more informed decisions.

​

Prior to joining Signal Power Group, Mr. Henderson served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Hydria Gas Technologies, where he led financial operations during a period of strategic transformation following private equity investment. Earlier in his

career, he held leadership roles at SitusAMC and K&R Operating, helping scale finance organizations and strengthen financial reporting and operational visibility for executive leadership teams.

 

Mr. Henderson began his career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Accounting from Lamar University.

Pete DiSanto

Executive Vice President, Power Generation

Mr. DiSanto’s career in power generation, engineering services, and field operations has focused on building and leading organizations responsible for delivering complex energy infrastructure and maintaining high-performance generation assets across demanding industrial and utility environments.


At Signal Power Group, Mr. DiSanto leads the strategy, commercialization, and deployment of advanced turbine-based power generation systems. Mr. DiSanto specializes in accelerating the development of modular, rapidly deployable power platforms designed to meet growing demand for reliable electricity across data centers, industrial operations, and critical infrastructure. His work centers on delivering flexible speed-to-power solutions in environments where grid capacity is constrained and reliability is essential.


Prior to joining Signal Power Group, Mr. DiSanto held executive leadership roles at Enchanted Rock, where he led operations supporting hundreds of distributed microgrid installations and helped establish a product sales division focused on resilient power solutions for data center infrastructure. career, Mr. DiSanto held leadership roles with Emerson, Weir Power, and Control Southern, where he managed the service and engineering organizations supporting nuclear and fossil power generation assets and major turbine modernization programs.


Mr. DiSanto holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering and a Master of Science in Facility Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
