Rob Marchitello

Chief Executive Officer & Board Member

Mr. Marchitello has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of international experience driving growth and building successful executive teams in the Energy and Aerospace industry.

Prior to joining Signal Power, Mr. Marchitello was the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Airem Energy, a global OEM of sustainable energy solutions. Prior to Airem Energy, Rob spent over nine years with AFGlobal as a partner and held various executive leadership roles related to Aerospace, Oil and Gas & Power Generation. At AFGlobal, he was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions committee that raised $600 million in growth capital and acquired multiple companies in the oil field service industry.

Prior to AFGlobal, Mr. Marchitello gained much of his management experience with power technology at Siemens Energy in various roles and ultimately leading the Industrial Power business for the Americas.

Mr. Marchitello hold as BS degree in Power Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and a Business Administration Degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.

J. Chris Boswell

Chief Commercial Officer & Board Member & interim Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Boswell has over 36 years of executive management experience and has participated in starting and growing multiple successful businesses. Starting with PGS in 1994, Mr. Boswell and his teams have listed three companies on the NYSE or the Nasdaq stock exchange.

During his term as CFO at PGS, he and his team secured more than $3 billion in growth capital. While at Neos Geo-solutions, a Kleiner Perkins portfolio company, he was responsible for helping to recruit a new CEO and then securing a $60 million secondary financing with Bill Gates and other Silicon Valley investors.

Following Neos, he was a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer for EcoStim Energy Solutions, a technology focused oilfield services company which started in Argentina and later expanded into the United States. Mr. Boswell served as the CEO of Ecostim from December 2011 until September 2018.

From February 2019 to September 2021, Mr. Boswell served as President & Managing Director for Notre Capital Ventures, a family office backed venture capital firm in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Boswell is a 1985 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

David Crowe

Chief Technology Officer & Board Member

Mr. Crowe has over 25 years of executive management experience and has participated in starting and growing multiple successful businesses focused on technology and the industrial and recreational use of Turbine engines.  David worked in the turbine controls group at Honeywell for over 10 years as an engineer and solving problems.  He also spent four years in the aerospace group at Raytheon which further refined his aptitude for technology.   

Over the course of his career, Mr. Crowe has been a serial entrepreneur and started companies such as Tucson Embedded Systems, Inc. (focused on FAA testing and certification of flight systems), Arizona Turbine Technologies (to improve the performance of equipment powered by military turbine engines through improved software and automation) and CE Systems (to develop high speed data acquisition systems and machine learning applications). 

Mr. Crowe graduated in 1989 from the University of Arizona with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Dustin Martin

Chief Operating Officer & Board Member

Mr. Martin has over 25 years of experience in oil & gas and power generation. His career encompasses a combination of roles with increasing responsibility that include research and development, engineering, management of the manufacturing process and associated fixed assets, inventory turn, procurement of supply and aftermarket support. 

Dustin started his career with Stewart & Stevenson which was acquired by General Electric where he gained a wide range of experience with gas turbine machinery. He continued his career with SIEMENS for the next 13 years where he held various leadership roles in order acquisition and execution. Dustin furthered his career with John Crane Production Solutions where he was the VP of the Engineering & Quality group.  He then took on the role VP of Programs within AFGlobal where he was instrumental in developing a new business unit focused on sustainable energy solutions that was later divested and merged with a European gas turbine OEM to form AIREM Energy where he took the role of global COO and Board Member.

Mr. Martin holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.

Kenneth Braccio

Chief Manufacturing Officer & Board Member

Mr. Braccio has over 40 years of experience manufacturing turbo machinery. Prior to Signal Power, Mr. Braccio ran Advanced Turbine Services, a company operating since 1995 initially founded specifically to assist the US Navy in the support of their TF40B engine fleet of the LCAC hovercraft. Over the past 28 years Mr. Braccio has been providing reliable turbine engine and modular repair and overhaul, to include component repairs and solutions for the US Navy, commercial fleet operators, numerous foreign militaries, as well as internationally recognized luxury yachts with turbine applications. In 2011 Mr. Braccio further expanded into the Oil and Gas Services, power generation and pumping applications.

Mr. Braccio has experience with complete TF40 /TF50, ASE40 / ASE50 and T55 Lycoming / Honeywell turbine engine services and technical expertise. Prior to ATS, Mr. Braccio worked for many years with Honeywell Aerospace, Lycoming and Allied Signal.

Mr. Braccio holds a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Connecticut.
